In addition to energy monitoring, the timeshare also boasts fully automated lighting and shading in all of its five rooms.

This allows each owner to create five personal preprogrammed scenes, which adjust each room’s lighting intensity and color palate to their specific liking.

Able to be changed with a simple button press, these scenes allow instant customization so that even in a shared building each owner can feel relaxed, comfortable, and truly at home.
