Located in the heart of Valencia the boutique MYR Plaza Mercado Hotel offers guests 25 dreamy suites, 

a restaurant, a spa, and a fitness center.

For maximum opulence and energy efficiency, all of the 25 suites have been fully automated with HDL 

solutions, as well as all of the hotel’s public areas.

This means that from a bedside DLP panel a guest can open their curtains, adjust their thermostat, dim 

the room’s lights, and turn appliances on and off.

In the hotel’s public areas, constant illumination technology allows a comfortable lighting level to always be 

kept day or night.

If an area is left unoccupied, sensors register the room as being empty and the lighting, HVAC, and audio 

systems are automatically deactivated. As soon as a presence is detected, all the systems resume their 

previous usage states.

This allows the hotel staff to concentrate on what really matters, the hotel’s guests.
