Made almost entirely of renewably sourced pine, being environmentally responsible was an ever present consideration for the owner.

This high regard for the environment was the deciding factor which led the home to be fully automated.

With the entire building‘s shading, heating, and lighting system managed by the HDL Buspro system, energy resources are only expended when absolutely necessary.

Enabled through a complex network of sensors, lighting is automatically activated and deactivated, HVAC is precisely controlled for peak efficiency, and appliances are automatically turned off when a room is unoccupied.
